Firstly a warm welcome to the Seahawks who have moved to us for the 2010 season.

They have fitted in well and from a coaches stand point there are some talented individuals.

Hopefully their stay at the Miners will be happy one and they take some extra skills away with them when the Seahawks reform in 2011.

Our playbooks have been handed out and we are in the midst of installing our systems. As a tip to all players the key word this year is EXECUTE.

We can have the best playbook ever written but without you the players executing properly it is worthless.
